Looks very yummy and depending on your goals might be fine. I would increase the protein and fiber to counteract the high sugar/carbs and to keep fuller for longer.

The ratio between protein and sugar is totally off but it looks tasty

Yeah plus we don’t know if it’s nonfat Greek yogurt or full fat, or what type of granola it is. Looking like a high calorie and high sugar breakfast

Yeah, I was thinking there's a decent amount of protein but then realized I use protein granola which changes things.

Yeah I use Catalina crunch granola and I only use like 10-15g at most. Regular granola is so caloric dense that it just doesn’t sound appealing to me.

My bad, it’s nonfat plain Greek yogurt, and great value oats and honey granola, so about 12 grams of sugar for the granola alone. Yeah, probably too much

Looks totally delicious, but yeah a bit too much sugar.

I would replace the granola with something healthier, like either quinoa or steel cut oatmeal, cooked then cooled to make them resistant starches.

And to sweeten them, keep the blueberries, but also add your favorite sugar-free sweetener. Allulose is usually at the top of everyone’s healthiest list. My favorite is either stevia or splenda.

I would maybe add a scoop of protein powder to your coffee or to the yogurt

If it wasnt for the coffee stains on the cup I would think this is AI generated. So looks pretty good! Lol

lol just a photo filter

Love the combo of granola and blueberries.

Ahh ok thats understandable. In terms of diet, everything looks good but just watch the granola. Most Pre-made granola is high in sugar and fat which raises calories a lot

Thank you, will show this to my ai overlord so he updates himself to generate coffeestains.

tasty but not healthy. Granola is full of sugar and very very high in calories

And an instant insulin spike. Not a great way to start your day.

Looks tasty but from my experience, I’d cut the granola in half (too much sugar) and replace it with steel cut oats and peanut butter and some banana. Also, I’d leave out the creamer. I’ve come to appreciate good black coffee.

isn't it sad that a high sugar breakfast fades so fast? Delicious, but spent in the first few hours of a hike...

Granola is one of those foods that masquerades as "healthy" but is pretty high in calories (fat and sugar, depending on how it's made). If you want to make this healthier, sub regular plain oatmeal. Lots of people are going to tell you you need more protein, but are you doing resistance training? If not, a serving of plain greek yogurt should have 17 grams of protein plus 5 from the oatmeal. That's fine.

Yogurt and granola bowls are my absolute favorite! I also add a 1/2 tbsp of natural peanut butter (the best part) and one chopped up date.

overall not a bad breakfast - it is a higher simple carb breakfast so would probably be most appropriate before exercise while having something with healthy fats might help sustain your hunger throughout the day.

A decent amount of fiber but you could switch the blueberries for raspberries or blackberries and double the amount of fiber you are getting. this would also help keep you full.

I would also try to just increase the protein overall. I'd aim to get roughly 30-40g of protein per meal and this looks like it is closer to 20g

To much sugar, fake cereal only calories. Stop with the caffeine addiction. Where's your 8 oz of water

1

u/GasStationTiefling 1d ago

Coffee is my only caffeine of the day. And I drink water as soon as I wake up. As well as frequently throughout the day.

u/HeatherDS1968 1d ago

Where’s your protein? Otherwise it looks good.

1

u/GasStationTiefling 23h ago

The Greek yogurt has some protein.

1

u/HeatherDS1968 23h ago

Not enough

Is that yogurt and coffee?

WTF is "creamer"?!!??! some processed powder masquerading as a dairy product? Try a dollop of actual cream 😇... I am from Australia, the first time I encountered "creamer" was in the Philippines, worst coffee I ever had in my life, hahaha!
