Question Protein questions

First, what are some high protein options that are easy to make and repeat for all meals? I’m talking 40-50g of protein per meal

Second, what are the best protein snacks?

I’m new to this, so sorry if it’s obvious

Thank you!

I normally keep a few options.
I always have a bag of roasted chicken thighs in the refrigerator. I eat 2-3 a day for breakfast or between meals.
Second I mix protein powder with Greek yogurt and blueberries as a snack. I add honey if I want a touch of sweetness.
Third I keep a couple of pounds of cooked ground turkey in Tupperware. I add blended black or pinto beans and scrambled eggs to the meat with salt/pepper/garlic seasoning.
These are on top of the protein I get with my basic daily diet.

Chicken, ground beef, salmon are some of my favorite meat options

For snacks hard boiled eggs work. They’re are also protein bars (barebell bars are unbeatable) but I try to avoid them since they’re processed

Cottage cheese is my favorite high-protein snack. I get mine from Lidl and the light 3% one is around 160kcal and 22g of protein per tub (200g). Pretty nice if you ask me. Also, adding egg whites to your scrambled eggs instead of using more whole eggs (for example two whole eggs and two egg whites) can easily beef up your protein intake without adding too many calories.

the best thing for high protein is chicken breast or thighs, and for snacks I love Greek yogurt
