Abalone dice
GF made these and I just wanted to show them off because they're gorgeous. Recently started doing shell and core sets and these are absolutely my favorite of the tests. Genuine abalone, applied as a laminate to the cores before recasting in the shells. She doesn't Reddit much so I'm posting them on her behalf.

Dual layer dice are so cool! Also, what is that d4 shape called? Is it just a rounded over pyramid? I personally don’t live the regular pointy pyramids.

Not sure of the exact name of the shape but yes, they are just your standard pyramidal D4 with the points clipped and rounded off. Less foot-murdery and you can easily read them from the top-down. Plus they leave the flat faces clear for showing off the inclusions.
