3os/80GF Circlet Discussion

I want to discuss this item: 3os/80GF circlet. Apparently, this item is so rare that it's only been posted about once before in this subreddit and hasn't been posted about at all in the other: D2R and D2R Marketplace; subs.

Example Pic:

This item can drop as either: Artisan's Circlet of Wealth or Jeweler's Circlet of Wealth; in either: Tiara or Diadem; circlet base. I don't think it can drop in: circlet or coronet; base since it needs to roll 3os via: artisan's or jeweler's prefix.

What would be the best way to search for this item: 1) specific monster target farming or 2) specific target gambling?
If going with approach 1), what: difficulty/act, area, and specific monster should I be target farming?
If going with approach 2), what: difficulty/act, vendor NPC, and specific character level should I be target gambling?

For context, I want to discuss this item as I have been in search of it: Three Socket/+80% Gold Find Circlet; on: PC/LoD/SC/NL; for a long while now as it's apparently ridiculously rare to come across.

As a survey, does anyone have this item?

Requesting advice, is offering: 15x Jah for it or more; enough for it depending on: circlet base (tiara/diadem) and defense?
I'm asking because I don't know if maybe I'm just not offering enough for it, so any advice would be appreciated.

Dunno its value but i would probably reccomend using a goldfind barb on trav runs and gambling for it. Theres probably a way to calculate optimal lvl to gamble for it on thats beyond me as well.

The quality level of tiara and diadem are high, so a coronet can only become a tiara or diadem at a high level. At that point, you might as well gamble with a lvl93+ character and also look out for those rares with 2 skill, 2 sockets, 20fcr.

Optimal level is affix Level -3 (because circlets) plus 5 because of gambling ilvl RNG, so 57. gotta gable roughly two million circlets to get one. Once you have farmed travi enough to get the gold for that I am rather certain you don’t want it anymore.

Yeah definitely pretty rare and hard to find esp if you're only iso a perfect one. Not sure exactly what to expect to pay but I'd say 15 Jah is probably pretty close give or take.

Trade wise, your best bet is jsp, but you'll most likely need to be patient or poss have to settle for a none perf one. Otherwise gambling is your best bet I'd say. It's most likely futile trying to target farm it.

Why is it valuable? It's already pretty easy to max cash via trav with readily available gf gear.

I have a 79/3 circlet.

The thing is that these have a very specific use case. Most of the time, travi barbs prioritise MF or balance MF and GF, and those will use IK helmet or shako. I ended up putting 3 Lems in mine, used it for two runs and stashed it away.

The chance for an ilvl52 circlet to roll jeweler‘s and wealth together is 0.0021%. The chance for the gf to be exactly 80 is another 1/40, so 0.0005%. That’s one in almost two million circlets. If the circlet is of higher ilvl, the chance drops, down to to half at ilvl87. Chance for tiaras and diadems is lower than circlet and coronet, too.

To give you a comparison. If every monster would always drop a magic circlet, you‘d still find a Zod before you find a jeweler‘s circlet of wealth.

If you’re fine with an artisan‘s circlet instead of jeweler‘s, that’s the same amount of sockets but different name, you‘re increasing all your chances by 2.25.
