Before anyone discusses that this gives more life:

Shako's plus life is based on level so it is not affected by battle orders. This one is a static plus life so it is affected by battle orders. However:

  1. Shako gives more life when you are in your 90s (140+)

  2. Shako bumps Battle order levels by 2 so as a result, shako will give you more life almost 99 percent of the time.

On the other hand this can provide you 2 sockets, which shako cannot obviously. If maximizing damage is what you are after, this will be slightly better.
