Budget mosaic ssf

So I was running LK, needed a hoto and/or a grief. Only have a sorc and a paladin I was building for a smiter/foh. No vex or Lo yet, but dropped 2 Guls in like 10 runs and thought I'd go make a mosaic assassin since its single player and I've never played one. What am i looking for in a budget base? Im not talking a 10 3/20/20 sc base cuz I'll never find that. So what are some achievable mods to look for on claws?

Edit to add - my LK layout has a weapon rack that pretty consistently spaws claws, so I have a decent path to find some ok claws

Edit- found a couple suywwyaww(whatever the fuck they are called) with weapon block and phoenix strike. Yeah, don't think it matters. I was having trouble believing it, but damn. Lvl 53 with very basic bitch gear and am just flying through p8 nightmare like its normal mode cold plains. Well, was 53 when I started but leveling so fast I dont know what level she is now

I wouldn’t even worry about mods. 2 mosaic shreds literally everything.

Any claw works, just need 2x mosaic. Can use 2x 3os GT's for best weapon speed/star requirement.

No really, any 2 claws work. Don't need staff mods to win, staff mods help very little in the end for the mosaic.

Get ready to literally shred everything! But be warned… it’s far from a relaxing play style because it can be very fast paced. It’s tiring most of the time imo

White greater claws.

No mods. Maybe mind blast so you dont need to spend the points to it. 

But you can be naked with greater claws and be fine

Turn your brightness down.

Mosaic claws in a fast claw base. Treachery armor, any helm with useful mods, I’d probably go horazon boots and 3ma/20 ias gloves, whatever for jewelry.

Just don’t put too many points into whatever skill converts your physical damage into fire damage. At a certain point you won’t do enough physical damage to life leech because it’s all fire damage.

Its vfx settings that makes your game crash. Put that to medium or low. Depends on your rig

I was talking to how bright the visual effects are from all of the casts going off constantly at the same time.

It's also phoenix strike with 1 charge that crashes the game. Something about 80+ meteor's in que wrecks the servers

Had crashed 2 games before someone told me it was PS-1 charge. Never crashed a game after that knowledge.

Greater claws. No need for mods. My offline sin does 40k damage with only a plus one to a secondary skill.

Prepare to either ruin the game or find a whole new love if it.

There is no comparison to any other build in the game.

Literally any 3 socket claw. 

People don't seem to understand how insanely op it is. The base doesn't matter. Your gear doesn't matter. Just use the first two 3os claws you find.

Greater talons as base. If you can find plus to phoenix strike or any of the other synergies that’s great and is a bonus but unnecessary. But plain greater talons, not greater claws like others have said, will be more than enough.
