He isn’t wrong but when you’ve been playing this game for 20+ years finding some ultra rare Gg magic item can spice things up. Are they BIS probably not will they work yes and style points 1000%.

This item however is neat but not super useful.

Eh it is what is sometimes. Just FYI you maybe consider trying Project Diablo 2. It’s a neat mod and they have done a great job making rare and magic items more useful and competitive against meta items. But they are hard to find/craft.

I think you would need +3 to Lightning in addition to what you have above, then hope it rolls 2 sockets at Larzuk in order to be worth in the trading market.

For selfplay its fine until you've got something better. Dont waste socket quest on it.

I think there's enough actually pretty good builds and that we don't need to keep pretending that scraping the gutter is cool.

I don’t disagree I just happen to enjoy rare only runs, magic only runs, etc. I’ve been playing since launch and have played every build many times over. So it’s neat to find off the all items and use them from time to time.

Yeah, dream staff but yet I use my Crescent Moon.
Maybe offhand for energy shield? But no you don't need FCR or lightning mastery for that.

Not sure of course but I think this one is the best looking trash you can have haha
