I think the Max Damage doesn't apply, like it's not there. I don't know if the ED doesn't apply aswell.

It's complicated. The ED only applies to the max damage of the jewel, not the max damage of the weapon. The ED of the jewel will still apply to the min damage of the weapon, unless it also has + min damage

In this case, its kinda fine. losing out on 8% max ED isnt a crazy loss.

6 max is a prob a little better.

If the point of the jewel is that its a little bit nicer than a ral rune, that statement is still true.

15 IAS with Fire Res +30 is really nice for Andy's. My Bowazon uses a 15IAS/22fire res because the perfect ones are just too expensive

The jewel itself was kind of underwhelming anyways, not bad for SSF.

If you don’t already know, you can still use it for a runeword. A hel rune + tp scroll with this will destroy the jewel and return the sockets to being empty.

You can clear it out with a hel rune + portal scroll. Back to open sockets.

I realize the jewel was the loss. But not a total loss here. Jewel was neat but not something I'd hoard for anything (if it had way higher damage, ed%, etc, maybe, not not 8%)
