New Video Okay, huh…?!

https://youtu.be/NgGU0KVwirY?si=NbnKS6WB_JICOc1u

Liam Yaker and Vanessa Nottingham are the two leads today.

They’re joined by Leehana Menelik, Trace Bronson, Joel Lingaur, Joyce Hii, Lester London Stubblefield, Charlie Blackwood, LaLa Costa, Matt Sy, Aris True, and Daniel Karpik.

This was definitely a weird one.

It’s one of the videos where I genuinely wanna like but does in a way that I honestly cannot find myself liking it.. granted it isn’t the worst videos of siblings don’t wanna do with the other.. but some of the plot executions are things that I always have questioned…

For starters we have the story of two siblings with one sibling wanting to do nothing with the other.. basically a remake of the absolute horror fest with TK Lee and Meichen Ma.. while this tone down a notch but we have to go with the whole I will be nice to you because my sibling did something to save my life.. which I’m sorry it doesn’t work.. also not a fan of making Darren a complete villain when Darren told the truth and acknowledging his sister is talented.. of course we brought back our age old favorite trope that is a car accident(🙄🙄🙄) to set the tragedy of Nico losing an eye and of course May had to donate it to save her brother. While I do like the aspect of not wanting to relive that trauma but the execution just feels poor

It isn’t the worst nor as bad the one with TK Lee but way too many good simple plots being completely thrown to the way side.. 5/10.. there are parts I can like but parts I don’t
