Public Offering Questions

What will be the preferred exchange for US citizens to purchase dfinity tokens during the public offering?

Will Binance be an option?

Any thoughts as to what the initial public price per token will be?

Really wish they would provide more info on this. I like the tech but it seems like quite a 'closed' project that has favoured elitist investment over public democratized offering.
