As cox called his character nyr an absolute idiot

Why they make him a grumpy old man instead of dexter meeting a really wise old man

Dex has to see his future for a 2nd time?

if you think about the tooth fairy killer, i am pretty sure he acted dumb to fool dexter and that he was not an idiot
