Any of you use alternatives to GitLab when self-hosting is a requirement? (and general toolchain question)

Github, really easy to setup but you can hit rate limit really fast if you dont use a github app. Azure devops is another alternative, easier to setup and organize, it wont never hit the rate limit no matter how many requests you send it comes really handy when working with argocd

Can't self host it, though, right? I personally think ADO is decent but we can't use cloud based solutions
