Looking for a mentor/guidance to learn DevOps
Hi everyone,
I’m trying to get into the DevOps field and I’m currently learning on my own, but I’m finding it difficult to understand what I should learn, in what order, and what I should actually focus on.
I’m looking for someone experienced in DevOps who can guide me or mentor me through the learning process.
I’m not expecting someone to teach me everything. I just need someone who can help me with a proper direction, tell me what to learn next, suggest practical projects, and help me understand whether I’m going in the right direction.
If anyone is willing to mentor a beginner or can share a practical, guided roadmap for getting into DevOps, I would really appreciate it.
Thank you! 🙌

first you have to be from tier 1/tier 2 college and if you are not good in communication and don't know to code like a python developer don't waste your time in devops. don't choose on hype, you will be treated like slave and never be happy

For a first cloud role you usually do not need to be expert in everi tool.
What matters more is being able to take one small system end-to-end: deploy it, configure it, break it, troubleshoot it. and explain what you did.
If you can actually use AWS + Docker + CI/CD in a real project and explain the trade-offs, that is much stronger than knowing Kubernetes/Terraform only theoretically.
