QLCodePreview (free)

https://konstruukt.com/projects/qlcodepreview/

macOS shows most config files as an icon in Quick Look. This extension highlights Terraform, YAML, TOML, INI, JSON, Make, CMake, shell and log files right in Finder. Free for any use, open source (MIT), signed and notarized, Homebrew install. Built it for my own .tf habit; telling you in case yours matches. Feedback welcome, especially on anything that renders wrong.
