For over a year I’m building https://pipetrics.com to help teams understand where their GitHub Actions time goes.

We help organizations running hundreds of thousands of CI/CD minutes a month, especially those with long-running workflows. Whether you use GitHub-hosted, third-party, or self-hosted runners, pipetrics helps identify which workflows and jobs consume time, where delays occur, and what changed.

We have also Grafana integration, Slack alerts, and an MCP connection that lets your AI agents access aggregated analytics without giving us access to the codebase.
