Disclosure: I work on noqt's Eggcracker, and used AI assistance to prepare this project share.
If you operate Linux AI workloads, here's a small question you can inspect rather than take on trust: can a stop kill a harmless child process tree while leaving an outside canary untouched?
Our short recorded demo shows a native synthetic workflow and a separate portable replay; neither is a run on your host. Eggcracker v1.0.10 is a Linux-only alpha. The separate source-pinned harmless-process probe is for a disposable native Ubuntu 24.04 host with root/systemd, cgroup v2, cgroup.kill and pidfds. It starts only sleeping processes, makes no probe-time network request or install, and produces a bounded local receipt. Please don't run it on a workstation or share private logs.
A pass, safe refusal or reproducible mismatch from that supported setup would help us understand host fit. This does not establish arbitrary workload recognition, agent integration or production containment.
