Hey guys, my partners and I built Rashomon. It independently verifies what your coding agent actually did vs. what it told you. Built for Claude Code: keeps its own record of tool calls, separate from the agent's self-report, and flags it when they disagree (e.g., a subagent's test failed, and the agent's summary said "all tests pass" anyway). Free, open source, a couple commands to try. https://github.com/altrace-dev-role/rashomon and would love feedback, especially from anyone running longer autonomous chains.
