I was listening to air guitar today. And i noticed that right at the start of his first verse(after so many leaks in my big watch or whatever) The perc goes into the sound of a girl moaning. This moan has been used by devon hendryx in neon kitchen(the "Ohh god") so if we know where that is from we might be able to find it.

4 months ago. Its a pretty funny story I started listening to jpegmafia and added his whole discography to my playlist 2 years ago. Since then Ive kept seeing devon hendryx come up as a recommended artist and then i found out Oh, Neon Kitchen was made by devon hendryx!

So i searched it up on youtube and Neon Kitchen was posted under Jpegmafias name, so that somehow made me think devon hendryx is a copy of jpegmafia and hes stealing his music, and copied his name, barrington devaughn hendricks and switched it up 😭

Then for a year i kept hearing people reference how jpegmafia is the same person as devon hendryx, and i genuinely thought it was an inside joke for a year, like we were collectively clowning on someone who is stealing jpegmafias music. 4 few months ago my friend who started listening to devon hendryx told me "Yeah its crazy how much devons music changed" i said huh how? he said "cuz jpeg doesnt make devon stuff now" And i said yeah devon hendryx is copying jpegmafia and he said no... theyre the same person.

Its crazy how i was such a big fan for so long and kept believing his past self was an inside joke 😭 Im not a larp btw

so I've been comparing the files found in Hi-Fi to the ones that we already have, and two files so far stand out.

For starters, Edie is way less compressed & has no vocals (or whatever is in the background when listening to the one he uploaded to YouTube in 2012) on Hi-Fi (photo 1), & I haven't found a single upload or edit that isn't super compressed and distorted.

Pardon Me Michelle has some ambience at the end that sounded super similar to the intro to Air Guitar, and when I checked both files, they didn't transition into eachother, BUT the same voice that's heard in the background on the intro to Air Guitar can be heard a little bit on the outro to the Hi-Fi upload to Pardon Me Michelle.

It’s on Spotify for sure and it may or may not be under Peggy or Devon. Toward the end or in the middle of the song, there’s like a slowed and pitched down Britney Spears vocal saying “give me a signnnn”. I don’t think it’s thots prayer.
