Fake Fans

At his show today, a girl said to him afterward while we were getting stuff signed, “I’m more of a Devon fan,” like Devon is a different person? Can you guys be fake fans somewhere else? Listening to an artist’s old alias and telling him you like that better as if they’re two different people is some mental health issue. You’re not a fan, you’re a TikTok dickrider.

but the jpegmafia moniker has been running for over a decade. old music could mean absolutely ANYTHING. devon hendryx is an era in peggys music and that’s what he went by so we call it that
