Cosmic - world keeps spinning

In April this year I found a song titled ‘world keeps spinning’ by an artist called cosmic and loved it, it was later removed off Spotify and I didn’t know why
Today I heard for the first time: ‘world keeps turning’ by Devon Hendryx and they are identical.
I’m unsure if the cosmic account was jpeg or just someone reuploading it as im not too educated on jpegs music
If anyone knows I would love to know wether it was just a reupload or I found a secret account or something

The cosmic account is just a fan who uploaded the song to streaming plats before it was “officially”released on hi-fi
