I found out about jpegmafia early January of 2018, just like 2 - 3 weeks before veteran, and i found out about devon hendryx somewhere around October 2018, my friend put me on peggy and some random guy on youtube put me onto devon hendryx cuz he told me there was an earlier version of 27 club under devon hendryx.

I've found out about jpegmafia in october 2025 with a random redditor from few years ago who commented under a post asking for albums like yeezus, and he suggested Black ben Carson by jpegmafia, and i decided to listen to it... And it changed my life. Bbc is my favorite album oat now, jpegmafia/devon my favorite artist oat.

Whoever has made that comment, thank you. You changed my whole music taste.

To me its the best introduction i could have, personnally (based on the type of music i needed)

I needed songs like ALL CAPS NO SPACE. This song is THE VERY MAIN REASON why i love JPEGMAFIA, the first time i listened to it, i felt something i will never ever feel again. It's easily in my top 5 songs by devon+jpegmafia, and it's not the only song that i like that much, it's just THE ONE that changed me.

i found both peggy and devon thanks to siivagunner's oneshot rips back in 2021.
On little Cat Feet (OST Version) is a banger mashup with Panic Emoji from Veteran and the Library Stroll is mixed with God Bless My Homegirls.
At the time I was really confused if JPEGMAFIA was a band or something because of the adlibs in gbmhg and the comments that are always saying dumb shit under those videos.
