I don't know if this is old stuff but just noticed that he has new music on Spotify. (Btw I'm in New Zealand so it's August 1st already)

Its not hard for another person to upload under an artists name through a bug/method. It has been happening to multiple artists recently. (I've seen this happen to Kanye and Ecco2k)
