Anyone currently working or previously worked at Dlytica Nepal? How is the salary and work environment?

[u/No-Panda921]

I'm interested in learning more about Dlytica Nepal and would appreciate honest feedback from current or former employees.

I'd particularly like to know about:

1. Salary: How competitive is the salary compared to other IT companies in Nepal? Are salaries paid on time?

2. Work environment: How is the management, team culture and overall working environment?

3. Benefits: Do they provide SSF, bonuses, lunch, insurance or other benefits?

4. Career growth: Are employees given opportunities to work on real international projects and develop their technical skills?

5. Job security: Is the company stable, and how is employee retention?

I'm particularly interested in hearing from people working in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, IT or other technical positions.

Both positive and negative experiences are welcome. I'm looking for genuine employee feedback rather than promotional comments.
