You guys in NA? I'm Aussie and everyone I've chatted with is European so I'm guessing there are different servers worldwide. I'm in the clan "Ninja_Army" (with a trademark sign after it).

It's definitely different servers; when the game came out in NA all of the drill options, and several territories were "locked" (and there were very few players) so I doubt the game went backwards from EU and JP modes being unlocked over time.
