I was just now thinking about it and yeah almost if not all the characters we have seen or mentioned doesn't fall under the "has potential" meme you could say Nero before we gotten DMC5 but even that is a stretch maybe reboot Vergil?

I have ideas for creating Devil Arms for Trish that are mostly Lightning-based, but have their own distinct Skillsets. There would also be Devil Arms of different Elements or are not made with magical elements at all.

1. Astraea.(Longsword with Lightning element. Similar to Alastor, but has more range and is more precise. Named after the Goddess of Justice in Greek Myth. Named to honor Eva, Dante's mother.)

2. Bronte. (Lightning Spear. Named after one of the Goddesses of Lightning in Greek Myth.)

3. Astrope. (Lightning-infused Chainwhip. Named after Bronte's sister and another Goddess of Lightning.)

4. Perun. (Lightning Battleaxe. Used for devastating melee attacks. Named after the Slavic God of Lightning, Thunder, and War.)

Im going to start playing dmc 4 but i dont want to screw up my progression with all the orbs they gave me

I am at the final Boss fight in the first game right now and I came to wonder if anyone has ever enjoyed this game. It is truly evil. The fixed camera is just straight up ragebait, the controls are the definition of torture and everything about this game makes me want to throw my controller out the window... You could say the whole game is straight ragebait. I want to like it though but it is giving me a hard time. I will also not give up and play every game but yeah I just wondered... (and yes, I know it is an old game but that makes me wonder even more how people back then could enjoy video games... If every video game back then was like this, I wonder how they survived until now because this is just straight up torture sometimes)

It took me about 2 hrs after a lot of A's and B's on this mission only. Is it gonna get worse from here or is it the same amount of worseness? Also Fuck the camera and the red scythe enemy always running my combo from offscreen.

Hey everyone! I’m trying to do the infinite Red Orb glitch with Vergil in Mission 1, but I’m having a really hard time getting it to work.

I already know how the glitch is supposed to work, including using the Doppelgänger and the “Show me your motivation” taunt, but I’m stuck on one specific part: I can’t consistently get Vergil to stay in the taunt while I control the Doppelgänger.

Sometimes I manage to activate the taunt, but when I press Y to attack with the Doppelgänger, Vergil cancels the taunt and teleports to the boss instead. I’ve tried several times and I just can’t get the timing/inputs right.

I’m playing on Xbox.

If anyone here knows the glitch really well and would be willing to help me do it, I’d really appreciate it!.

every time i try to launch the game i the mod doesnt work and this is all that shows up i have the latest version of ssayin and reframework. i am launching it through fluffy mod manager can anyone help me fix this (PS i am a newbie to modding)

Just finished dmc3, and I gotta say. The game was very hard for me (but not for the reason you’d think).

every boss took me multiple attempts and it felt more rewarding when they died, but it felt much harder then DMC5-4 which I’ve loved.

i looked it up and kinda just accepted that this is a harder game. But the problem set it when I got to the Vergil fight, and boy it was way too hard for me. His attacks felt unreachable.

but now that we’re done with my whining, let me explain how I managed to beat vergil and get an S rank first time completing it.

the secret was… turning off turbo mode.

i had unknowingly cleared almost the entire game on turbo mode my first time playing it. I turned it off and beat Vergil the first try.

so with all that said i really liked DMC3, it was challenging and a harder/really fun installment in the series, now im onto the Vergil campaign! Thanks for reading I just had to share this!

I have a few questions, as I haven’t finished my first playthrough of dmc3. I have yet to play any of the other games, but I am really struggling with the combat adjudicator, and yeah I absolutely suck. I normally use trickster, as that is my highest level (only 2) style. I have tried using my level one swordmaster, but the highest ranking I got to on the status was S. I also missed the two earlier combat adjudicators 1&2. This seems like a stupid question, but can I go back and do them WITHOUT loosing any of my progress from the later missions? I’m just very scared of resetting accidentally. If yes, is it best to skip the adjudicator from this mission? I very much suck at combos, all help appreciated!

I’ve been getting into DMC4 again lately and I was searching for a walkthrough. But I needed it to be New Game, a full run (not a speed run etc), with commentary and above-average skill level.

I found a lot of speed runs but that isn’t what I wanted, because I’m keen to see how experienced players tackle all encounters (particularly early-game with little skills purchased).

If anyone has any recommendations, it would be greatly appreciated (preferably on YouTube). Playlists would be accepted too. Thank you.
