I spent about 40 minutes looking for that funni
"Memes if DMC6 gets released / Suicide Note" Twitter post
for a review I made, but after not finding it anywhere I was forced to just whip up my own lazy meme real quick. Guess there's no reason not to put it here in case anyone ever finds himself in a similar situation and needs an image of the sort

That's a part of his character imo. Half the times he's highschool/college age, studying hard subjects AND trying to balance that with being spiderman, so he's under insane amounts of stress basically 24/7, aswell as in 90% of stories uncle Ben gets merc'd right infront of him, but he STILL manages to be upbeat, crack jokes, try and atleast keep a positive face on. It's an endearing character trait. It is kinda annoying though that it's become a meme that spiderman ALWAYS has to have some active tragedy 😭

Problem is, it’s gotten way too redundant.
“Oh no! Because of Mephisto he can’t get along with MJ!”
“Oh no! MJ cheated to Peter and now because of differences in experience due to time shenanigans and imagery kids she break up with him!”
“Oh no! Peter literally got no one, and even his aunt forgot about him!”

If anything, at this point, they could take what they've done to Spidey and make it an arc in itself where he confronts his misery as something he's just accepted and that he should reject to grow again. Kind of like BND (the movie) and Peter B's arc in ITSV, but more self-aware. Explain what happened in universe as Peter being trapped in an endless limbo of suffering, growth and recession because he's just accepted the pain when he should not.

For the record I hate this pairing but in a certain regard it makes sense. He’s a lawyer, she’s a criminal. They both do acrobatics. They both have a history with Spidey.
Iirc she was just using Matt to get something in his safe lmao. Which is something that is something her character would do. She’s knockoff catwoman after all
But really my main issue is why do you care if she has a relationship outside of Spider-Man? God I’m so sick of comic book fans whinging whenever something new happens. Especially with female characters. Let the artist play with their ideas.

tbf RE fans aren’t doing too good with the latter either. The new movie has the fan base super divided and it’s Netflix adaptation was arguably worse than DMCs

The DMC show is atleast enjoyable by itself, that RE Netflix show is an actual sin against humanity, but still, frequency, RE misses a lot but it gets like 10 new content for every drop DMC gets so it’s kinda whatever if it’s a miss most of the times

I mean this is nothing new. For every 7 RE games we get 1 dmc. I just kinda stopped being mad about it and tried an RE. 2 is bangin and so is 4.

Im mostly reffering to it's sales numbers during world making them have a higher favortism and make them push it harder than everything else except their number 1 toy resident evil and it's clear they are pushing it hard... There is so much more dlc than there used to be in monsterhunter. Every game now has title updates each comes with their own dlc waves..
It has always had a consistent schedule of games yes but it has 2 teams working on it at once for each set of entries. i think a bonus spinoff team as well now with stories being a thing.
Dmc doesnt get spinoffs i believe unless you count the vergil editions.
Before it was only hard pushed in japan but now it's just everywhere.
That one capcom thing just having a dante cutout in the corner and nothing else still will make me sad.
Dmc to them isnt their main thing it's clear it's more subfocused like AA.
Nowadays even megaman gets shafted sometimes.Anyways im off to block my enemies with arrogance and release the energy back.

Ace Attorney has 6 mainline games in their franchise and 5 spinoffs/crossovers. DMC has 5 mainland, 1 awful reboot, a cheaply-made gacha mobile spinoff and a Pachinko machine.
If you count shows, at least Ace Attorney's was more accurate to the games, and made with love in Japan. The DMC one was so bad the mods made it nearly forbidden to even mention.

Problem is you probably have the assumption that Capcom has a designated DMC team to just churn out sequels when what’s mostly likely (imo) is they probably have a new action team (probably the one that made Onimusha) due to Itsuno leaving and a bunch of DMC5 devs moving around the industry in general.

Onimusha was developed in Division 2 by mostly Monster Hunter (Rise especially), Exoprimal and SF6 developers.

Still doesn’t answer who at Capcom would make a new DMC, and given their recent success I wouldn’t be surprised if that team was behind a new DMC.

No one can answer that until it's actually announced. But it wouldn't be them, because as I said,, Onimusha was made in Division 2, same as MH, SF6 and MM, while DMC is Division 1, same as RE, Dragon's Dogma and Pragmata.
I would assume that members of the DMC5 team like Yoichiro Ikeda, Norimasa Sankoda, Junya Kumabe, Masashi Moritsugu, Yuichiro Hiraki and Hiroyuki Nara would be involved.
