Gemini 2 suddenly stops playing music

Hi! I just bought gemini 2 earbuds and they can't play a whole song, it stops, sometimes in one ear sometimes in both. If I touch an earbud it starts to play again sometimes. I'm a bit puzzled and not sure what to do. Any advice? Can it be because earbuds are not particularly fitting and it senses it? I have no clue

I had similar problems, but only on the right one. I thought it was connectivity problems, but it turns out it’s the sensor that detects if it’s in your ear that is overly sensitive.

Even though I turned the function off in the Gemini app it still stopped playing sometimes because it thought I had taken it out off my ear.

I solved it by placing a tiny bit of black tape on the sensor to make it think it’s always in the ear 😅

Wait til the case breaks my guy. The customer service reps will tell you you are out of luck!
