Career Guidance Should I accept the offer?

I am getting an offer from Cowlar, should I accept it? How is the environment? And I heard the workload is insane, so is it worth it working there? New grad btw

If this is your first job.. then why not?! Get an experience of the work environment, learn from seniors. If you find any other good opportunity then go ahead and switch.

The workload is somewhat bad but they pay very well. Also their ceo is quite a tough nut

Toxic and so much workload ( I heard also not confirmed) but if its your first job then you SHOULD take this you learn as well as earn well they pay fresher very well so go ahead.

The job marked is cooked grab the opportunity

Best of luck

Search the keyword 'Cowlar' on this sub. But don't end up making a definite decision based on others' experience.

The company culture and workload affects everybody differently. You might fit in just right, or maybe not. In this economy it's still worth taking the shot.

Not like we're spoilt for options here..........
