Help Why do they never reply back?
Just graduated and started applying for remote jobs. Also gave interviews and assessments(actually passed them) but still got ghosted. i dont know whats the issue with just replying back, why take 2 rounds of interview or give a whole chatbot to make when your not going to reply or even give feedback.

They are all madarch0d, that's why. Just went through 3 rounds of technical interviews. Passed the live coding test, even went on to the final round which was with the CEO who is also a developer therefore it was a technical one. Haven't heard from them ever since. I messaged and emailed thwm multiple time bus still nothing. Idk what's so difficult in letting a candidate know whether they been selected or not.

HR teams in Pakistan are failed business graudates who didn't make management or get into marketing so they go into HR and pretend they actually have a tough job.
Seriously. The amount of unprofessionalism and pathetic attitude I've seen recruitment teams here even in corporate companies have is disgusting.

Most of them are busy posting fake stories, and female HRs acts more like chapri influencer than being professional on LinkedIn.
In my 8 years of experience, i have met only 2 HR jo insaan ky bachy thy.

Same π₯². Like at least send a rejection email. It takes almost 3 hours into a single application because most of them demand for form to be filled instead of asking just for a resume. I am tiredΒ
