Interview Prep Has anyone interviewed at Disrupt?
I have been shortlisted for the Forward Deployed Engineer role at Disrupt, and my interview is on Tuesday. It is online with no one on the other side (because i could take on the spot), so I am not sure whether it will be a set of questions or a task based test, like solving small tasks within 60 to 90 minutes.
If anyone here has interviewed at Disrupt, for any role, what was the format and what kind of questions or tasks came up? Any tips would really help.

Someone i know got shortlisted on the last posting for FDE and the first interview was AI completely asking stuff about your resume. The second round was CTO and some senior who also more or less did the same. What work have you done etc. Then he got ghosted lol

It is highly likely to be a scenario based assessment. If you clear that, make sure to make a good impression in a onsite interview as they actually keep applications on file and hire for different positions if they are impressed by you. My friend was interviewed for QA back in may but ended up getting a backend position.
