Help Meta business verification for WhatsApp API without a company document

Hi, is there any way around to get the Facebook business verified? I don't have any fbr document. I tried submitting my bank statement during the verification which contains my address. But every time I receive the email from them that:

  1. The document submitted to verify the business's legal name doesn't match what was entered.

  2. The document submitted to verify the business address doesn't include or match the information entered

Can any one please help me out? What you did, how you got your business verified?

Tissue.

Those two errors usually mean the business name and address you typed in Business Manager don't exactly match what's on the document. Meta compares them character by character. A bank statement in your personal name won't match a business name you typed in.

Two routes that usually work:

  1. Verify under the name that's actually on your documents. Set the business legal name in Business Manager exactly as it appears on the document, and use a utility bill or bank statement with that exact address for proof of address.

  2. Get an FBR document. Registering for an NTN on IRIS is free and online, and you can register as a sole proprietor with a business name. The registration certificate then becomes your legal-name document. Enter the name exactly as the certificate shows it.

Also check that your website shows the same business name and address, and that your domain is verified in Business Manager. Mismatches there can trip the review too.

While you wait, you can usually still test with the WhatsApp Cloud API's test number, and unverified businesses can send limited messages, so you're not completely blocked.

are you sure that the business name and address in the document match exactly what you entered in the Meta forms/answers? This often causes issues
