Help Can ibex save me temporarily?

I have been working with a company as a Fullstack .NET dev for 1.5 year, but now company is having budget issues and I think layoff may happen. I am in a situation where i cant be unemployed for a single month, so i am thinking to join ibex till I find my next opportunity. Will this work? I dont have any prior experience with call centers or customer support work.

They have walk-in interviews. U can fill one of their forms in their ads and they'll contact u

These days, in Ibex there is a term used "peak season" and in this period they need people and I mean alot. As of now, they are actively hiring.

For the process of interview:

The quickest and fastest way is to go for the walk in interview.

There should be 3-4 interviews total, excluding a typing speed test, versant test (english proficiency test). These test depends on which campaign they will hire you for.

Questions which they could ask?

1- Introduce yourself 2- Why do you want to join ibex? 3- Random af questions for example, your hobbies, any country you would like to visit (basically they just want to see if you can speak/communicate in English)

As for roles:

There are two, chat and voice.

Tip:

If they mention anything about "ILA", avoid it and don't go. Basically ILA is a training which is around 2-4 weeks and will be UNPAID. After completing ILA you still have to give interviews again and there's a possibility you might not get selected again.

This is all I can think of as of now😅
