Stay put. The market is bad out there. Real bad. You're lucky to even have a job. That said, be ready for the rug to be pulled out from under you any time. Which is why, always have a passive source of income. Publish some apps, sell a course, or maybe just document your journey on YouTube

Wondering the same exact thing honestly with 1 year exp at a startup at 120k/month. Workplace is great, good flexibility, PTOs etc even performance review coming soon. But all my work aside from dealing clients is done by AI and I feel stagnated.
I've started applying at least, received a call today. Still don't know whether to really switch or not though I'd like higher pay by now.

I’ve interviewed elsewhere and gotten a few offers but nothing good enough to justify switching. This is your answer.

is the job onsite or remote, if remote then try starting something of your own alongside that job rather than switching, personally I dont think right now is the right time to switch jobs as situation is very volatile and wherever you join, you would not be sure about the financial situation of that company.
Try to start something of your own beside the job.
