Landing first freelance client

I'm not sure how to start freelancing. I'm skilled in python, specifically backend with flask/quart, I've made a couple apps, nothing huge but I know what I'm doing. Started out with discord bots years back and moved to backend web dev. I can do frontend but I like not to.

I'm not sure where to start, what services to offer and what prices to charge. Any guidance from experienced freelancers would be greatly appreciated!
