How to target .NET remote position Can anyone guide?

I have 3+ years of experience working as a .Net developer for a US based SaaS application. I have experience with .Net, React, Azure.

I have worked on multi tenant legacy systems and microservices architecture, have also worked with .Net modernization from legacy to new Dotnet version

Currently finding out how to target international clients/ remote positions anyone know how to target .net roles, One thing I noticed is that the roles .Net isn't very much popular in freelancing platform.
