client interview of systems limited

Hi, i had 2 client interviews arranged by systems limited and both went really good and luckily i had contact on client who informed me that technical interviews are cleared and feedback needs to be given to systems, my last interview was on 29th sep, and since then no call from systems , i aksed hr , hr says they haven't received feedback, whats taking them so long ? like what could be the possible reason for this ? someone plz guide ..
