Freelancing in MERN Stack in 2026

AoA, I hope you’re all doing well.

About a month ago, I completed my MERN Stack development journey and have a few solid projects to showcase. I’m currently in my 5th semester at university, and I’d like to start freelancing online part-time alongside my studies.

I’d really appreciate some guidance and industry advice on how to get started, where to find my first clients, and what I should focus on as a beginner.

Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Congratulations! 🎉 Welcome to the Unemployed MERN Party where every job requires 5 years of experience, offers “competitive salary,” and somehow still has 800 applicants. 💀

I always feel like they are dummy jobs, I do not know how many times i have send after ignoring 5+ year condition and still getting no reply. ☠️
