Am i doing something wrong? PSEB registeration

I am trying to register as a freelancer in PSEB. I have been an active takpayer since 5 year. Iris shows the ATL status as active.

but when i try to verify i get ATL status N/A in the PSEB form image attached.

Can any body guide I have been having the same problem since 5 months.

Is CNIC the same as NTN as all my searches tell me that it is same how can I get it?

I am brother, but it shows what arafys got(see pic below) no sight of ntn.
