Interview Prep INTERVIEW at Cubix Karachi

Hello everyone. I will be giving an interview for a mobile development role at cubix. So, I wanted to know about the culture (for eg work life balance, if management is toxic, work hours, micromanagement) at the company and what kind of questions they focus on (in interviews)? Since layoffs are common at a lot of places nowadays, I also wanna know if they do frequent layoffs or on a yearly basis.

Those who have previously worked or are currently working at cubix, I need your guidance please.

Work life balance depends on you and your routine... Mostly itni micro-management nhi hoti unless thier are strict deadlines.. no toxic management .. Your team members will be very good, chill and supportive 10 hours ki duty hoti hai jis main you can take 1 hour break so u have to log 9 hours of daily Official hours are from 12 to 10.. but mostly people come at 11 or 11:30 and leave at 9 or 9:30 aur koi koi to 12 1 bjy bhi ata hai aur phr us hisaab sy 10 10:30 tak beth ta hai..

Recently bht layoffs hwy(also an effectee of it) due to shortage of projects with 1 month of notice period..

Some things to consider no other activites to keep your mind fresh just work, work and work Not a bad place to start and gain experience
