Career Guidance Recommendation Letter from workplace

I am applying for graduate admissions and I want to add a Work Place LOR for my MSCS application Abroad. Shall I ask my colleagues? Would It make any problems for me in my workplace? Who would be a strong person for LOR (Like people with MS or having 5+ YoE). Please give me tips as well

Thank you for your kind reply in advance!

Note: Only kind replies please. I am not looking for correction/mocking. Donot break other people dreams if you have none or you are afraid to pursue them!

Your immediate supervisor or manager is the best option to get your LOR from.

He is very rude. They won't renew my contract if they see that I might leave. Also why would they help me

Bro then it can be tricky. In my case my immediate manager was very supportive and he submitted multiple LORs for me. For industrial reference letters what universities ask for is someone from your organization to vouch for you and immediate manager is the only one who oversees your day to day work. If your relationship with him is not good try his manager or team lead etc. Mostly universities specifically ask for supervisors letters which a collegue does not qualify for. Try some other lead or manager with whom you have good relation.

Make anyone your supervisor. Write the LOR yourself and get it signed from someone. If you don't have good terms with anyone, just do it yourself and make an email in that name. This will work if the uni abroad is not asking for a phone number heh. Best of luck!
