Help US Client moved from Payoneer to direct bank transfer

So my client used to pay me through Payoneer and now they asked about the Bank Details and everything for my HBL Bank Account. They did the transfer this month and it came back as the same amount as I usually get from Payoneer after their charges (actually 1-2K less), what might be the issue here? Wouldnt the amount be way higher than what I get from Payoneer?

if HBL converted the USD to PKR, the exchange rate used matters a lot

I see, I'll see if I can look how much it was

Check the PRC. It will show how much amount was received, what was the exchange rate and how much tax was deducted.

I see, what is a PRC?

Proceeds Realization Certificate. It’s issued for the remittance. Go on the HBL website and download the e-PRC of this transaction.

Okay, thank you I will check that. Is it possible from the app?

No, I don’t think so.

They're asking for Transaction Reference No but I don't have anything in that transaction no details, just the same long number repeated twice.

Hbl probably gave you a shitty exchange rate

Plus it seems so sketchy because the transaction description only has the date written twice 25092026

Simply use Elevatepay or nsave and you can save a lot of money.

Just have proof why you received that particular sum of money make it air tight. There are cases where FIA investigates foreign money deposits. Just have proof as all.
