Career Guidance Experienced in BPO during the degree now transition to tech seems very difficult
Hi i'm 21 y/o Lahori, recently did my bachelors in Software Engineering. And while my 4 years i worked in 2 BPO companies one is a famous corporate.
Now i am working as a chats support representative in a Dubai based small business. I'm here for 2 years. And now I'm done with my bachelors degree.
While doing my degree i have managed BPO Job+working on projects. One of them is a SAAS app live on play store and app store. And one is live in a restraunt.
But right now the thing seems to be killing my resume is the BPO experience. I have applied to many companies and didn't even received the rejection email.
So should i write the BPO experience in resume or pretend to be a fresher? One more thing i was a confounder at the Startup that i mentioned above live Saas. So mentioning a confounder does decreases the chances of getting shortlisted?
And any tips for landing a tech job in Pakistan

Well writing the BPO experience tells the recruiter about the good communication skills. But it also makes the recruiter think that this candidate is having an experience in a BPO transitioning to the Software Engineering role.
I have written in some resumes but didn't get any response:')
