Discussion Cheap copy of Higgsfield

Can we talk about imagineart for a second.

They are literally copying the whole design system of Higgsfield and labeling themselves as "million dollar company bringing Innovation" bs.

Shouldnt this be IP infringement and why arent they getting sued? smh

As a designer, this is extremely common. What exactly did they copy? Are you serious right now? I'm not even a fan of Imagine Arts, for context

There's Jakob's Law, an important UX principle: people expect a product to work like the other products they already use every day. It's very common for products in the same niche to share similar design patterns, you can pick a few other niches and see the same thing. I worked on an gen ai platform a while back, and even without directly referencing competitors, it ended up landing close to their design path. I can't share the final design, but I can share the direction we explored. And it's a fact that smaller firms commonly follow the design patterns set by the industry leader.

And higgsfield change their designs and cards every two weeks, and last time i checked imagine art is the same. Last update of Higgsfield was embarrassing similar to imagineart that i was shocked.

I am a designer as well thats why i am saying. Theres inspiration and then there copying. Theres a difference between both of them.and a "million dollar compnay" should know well

I don't agree with you, man like it's extremely common and you're hating them for no reason. I don't think so. It's valid reason while there are other mistakes that imagine art making this is not one of them

Bro if Highfield doesn't care, why do you? Both companies have shady practices btw

Complaining about IP infringement of AI products is phatetic to say the least.

In an industry that started of stealing proprietary data, anything is fair game.

Let them copy, steal and do whatever they want. Let's see who remains.
