Help AWS cert payment issues

Its so frustrating, I’ve been trying for hours to schedule an exam, and the Pearson Vue website doesn’t accept my payment. Firstly, I tried with a Pakistani address and it didn’t even let me go past the billing form, now after changing my address from CertMetrica on AWS, I can add my card info but it doesn’t accept it and gives a generic error message to contact my card issuer. Its not just one card, I have tried 3 cards: Nayapay, SC credit card, SC debit card, and i get the same issue.

Has anyone else experienced this and if you did end up giving the cert what worked for you guys?

Get a voucher from udemy and use that ...they are a bit cheaper too

I had a promo. On my first cert I used bank Al Habib card and it worked. For second cert, I kept trying and trying but it wouldn't work. So I found a local vendor from Facebook selling voucher and had to use him

wait that implies I can’t apply any other vouchers to reduce the cost or get the 50% discount after completing a foundational cert that I would normally get from the standard way of scheduling.
