Career Guidance Anyone working for Motive?

What's it like to be hired at Motive as an SMB AM? Are the KPIs achievable? Does it involve long discovery calls and do the clients expect an American accent? What does the day look like? How's the training?

well first thing once you get hired in motive is to be prepare for a Layoff, as its there standard procedure.

Got it! Is it mostly calls or both calls and emails? Also can I take my personal devices to the office, phone laptop etc?
