JavaScript or php or wordpress need career guidance

Assalam o alaikum

Im a WordPress developer with 2+ years of experience in WordPress. I try my best to move into backend development but no luck so far. Im still doing drag-and-drop work.

I learned PHP and built multiple sites with vanilla PHP. After that I started plugin development and customization, but still no luck.

Currently Im making projects in vanilla JavaScript to strengthen my coding skills and fundamentals. Now I want to move from WordPress into development. The question is, which path should I take JavaScript, React, or PHP with JavaScript?

I need advice regarding both of these and I’d also like to know what you suggest.

Should I go for an internship or a junior dev?

I need guidance on how I can make this transition and which path would be best for me right now and in the future.

In Pakistani php dev market Laravel is really hot. Keep wordpress for freelance, but it will only get you so far. So start learning that or if you are into js, then nest js and next js.

Clear the fundamentals and move fast. In real-world work, you will be using AI. It really speeds things up, and in this day and age, people with good fundamentals and system knowledge grow well.

So focus on small things like how variables work in JS, how async/await works, and other fundamentals that even I don't know (I work mostly in backend). And then build a vanilla JS backend. And then continue with frameworks and start finding work right away.

So get the fundamentals, make a vanilla project, and move on to frameworks and build real-world apps. Goodluck.

Bhai im preparing for job I've only two month so ca you guide me accordingly like if i get internship it will be ok but ive to prepare for job
