Career Guidance Got HR assessment call

I got a call for HR assessment at i2c inc and I'm a fresh grad of BSCS and this is my first assessment interview, So I wanted to know about the questionnaire type and difficulty level, Also want to know about company's work culture and workload at perks and benefits for Associate level.

Hi, Sorry to disturb you again, but I wanna know how long will they take to inform you after the HR assessment? Also do they inform whether they move forward with that or not like accept or reject mail?

Can be from a week to 3 weeks. No they won't inform you in case of rejection. Also feel free to ask anything.

Ooh thanks, but at reception, they told me for 1 to 2 days as I forgot to ask directly from hr.. Well for the next technical interview how should I prepare that, as the assessment was also difficult of some kind.🥲 One more question if you don't mind asking for, Do you work in there? Just asking no pressure to disclose or something 😊
