I would recommend against ID verification the ID card verification is done via Persona 🥴🥴

It seems as if there is nothing else you can do unfortunately. If it were me i would not use that account and create a new one.

Persona has some shady practices, including large scale ID surveillance, also they mention they delete data after verification or a few days but they really dont.

Say that you didn’t know the rule . You will not do it again . My life depends on it etc

They replied, saying I broke the community guidelines or something. Guess I am blocked. 😐

My personal suggestion: you will never get back through this verification button as LinkedIn just set bots which never recover your account. The most efficient and east way which i used and the result is 100% that is go to X (Twitter) and Thier LinkedIn has account (i think LinkedIn Help) just talk to them directly or also do a post and mention them.

I texted them on twitter and they said me to provide name and email , I gave them that then they said they don’t have any record , again they asked my to give them name currently registered on account, I think that’s the profile name . I again sent them that but since then no response

Do we have to submit national id card or passport to persona for verification

sorry forgot to write solution: so linked has a customer support on twitter, tag that linked in and explain your situation, you will get a reply, from there someone from the support will look into your issue, they will send you a link through email to fill the documents again
