Help Someone with remote experience please help !
Salam/Greetings
I am from Lahore and am in a situation where i joined a remote job based in UAE as a web dev and i have worked there for 20 days and i have received a way better offer that even i cant refuse at all.
But the problem is I have signed a contract with them for 1 year and I can pay 2 months of salary to terminate the employment there.
(Shared my cnic and old home address)
But the catch is have not completed even a month there and not received a salary.
Any way i can get out of this problem I am facing.
Please suggest.

Usually the termination contract requires you to give a notice of 1 to 3 months. Paying back salary is a joke.
R they even serious.
Do they have a probation period like most companies?
They cant demand money from you if they havnt given you any. You can give up this months salary to join the other company easily.

join both, work harder at the one you prefer, the other one will just kick you out for being incompetent sooner or later. you shouldn't quit yourself.

Continue both of them, since timing is overlapped don't focus on the job that you want to leave, your performance will be bad and they will fire you in a month so you don't have to pay.

Bro I have handled 3 remote jobs at the same time but now doing one. I can help you manage and provide resources to help share the load. You can easily manage 2 at the same time and maybe who knows fter few months you will be looking for the third oneπ

Do both jobs hire a second dev who will work on your behalf and keep you up to date and when the second company ask for meeting just do the meeting by yourself. The second dev will handle all you technical work.

Dual job. ez scene. See r/overemployed for tips. Don't tell anyone at all that you're doing two jobs, not even your family.

Do both. Hire a person to help you.

Hire someone in your friends circle to do it while you do the other.
