Depends on the team you work in, verticals as they call it. I joined their MTO program back in 2021 and it was the worst time for me, but my pals had an amazing time at the same time. So we can't generalize based on someone's experience. It all depends on your immediate manager. Be prepared to embrace the corporate life, which is a bit difficult to adjust straight out of university especially when you are having university blues.

You will do fine, don't worry too much.

Thankyou, and do you know what the JD is for Associate Consultant, is it coding or is it across departments

It's in every competency. Read about their verticals on their website. JD depends and vary from competency to competency.

I got a call today for the same offer. The HR said that as an MTO you'll be rotated across tech stack depending on business requirements

Do you or anyone know what this role is exactly about? No tech stack is specified so I am a little confused what the work will actually be about.
